1004-Founders-Ridge-dining-room-w-paintings

Well as you probably know, Land of Excess’s founder is an artist.  She reads stuff in art publications about the art market and art prices and art auction records being broken.  But she thinks that this so called “art market” is not very broad-based.  She finds evidence of this in the online real-estate listings for the Greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.  The art market and art marketing are not up to par when an 11,000 sq. ft. mansion in “The McLean Reserve”, offered at $8,495,000, has crud in it like on these two opposing walls in this dining room.  And don’t get the founder started on the decor etc.  Garaging for 4, 6 full and 2 partial baths, and 5 bedrooms, “…one of Northern Virginia’s finest properties”.
