Land of Excess can’t stand to look at this place again, so we have provided this ghost like and primitive drawing of its outline.  We have featured this residential building situated in McLean, VA  several times.  Today we were alerted to certain facts about it by our special contact in Real Estate circles in the Greater Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Joelle Van Dyne, Certified Real Estate Assistant  [CREA].  By the way, Joelle has a M.A. in English Lit.  Ms. Van Dyne informed us today that this building, one of the best examples of both the Hubristic Period (although some have argued, heatedly, that it is in fact the finest example of the School of Incongruency anywhere in the United States,) is to be auctioned.  More on this tomorrow.
