10301-Beach-Mill--private-residence--copy

This residential dwelling has a sign out in front of the gated entrance proclaiming“Private Residence”.  Land of Excess has seen a few other instances of this.  We think that this sign has dual functions as both a vulgar insult and boast.  It suggests that silly you, you thought this was a hotel or an embassy, but you can’t come in.  Oy.  Continuing, we are puzzled by the bit of realtor-speak in the listing claiming “exquisite yet neutral!!”.  These 6 full and 2 partial baths, 5 bedrooms, and garaging for 4 are yours in all their exquisite neutrality for only $4,500,000 in Great Falls, VA.
