Here is a “Magnificent European Villa featuring every conceivable amenity…” in Potomac, MD. We happen to know that this is not a “European Villa”. And we think that it looks like something built to 1/2 scale– oddly miniature-like, or Disney-esque. Where is the four in hand carriage transporting a golden-tressed princess? Land of Excess has visited this place before– you may remember the fireplace with the window directly above it. Anyway, someone is feeling optimistic: this place was built in 2011 and first listed for sale in April 2012 for $3,890,000. When the listing was finally “removed” it was priced at $2,999,999. Now it is newly listed with a different broker and newly offered at $3,250,000.
