Here at Land of Excess, we sometimes run across houses that we find really interesting and dare we say admirable. Today we can’t resist featuring this place, in McLean, VA, built on land that we think was once part of Merrywood, where Jacqueline Beauvoir grew up. We like this bunker-covered-with-camouflage look. The vines are just scrumptious. This area is considered the “Gold Coast” of McLean. You may have this Potomac River waterfront residence on 5 acres for only $9,995,000 with 4 bedrooms, 5 full and 1 partial baths, and garaging for 2.

I like this web site so much, saved to favorites. “To hold a pen is to be at war.” by Francois Marie Arouet Voltaire.
