Well here’s a doozy out in Marshall, in Fauquier County, VA. Unfinished, but offered with “EVERYTHING IS “IS AS”” [sic] –perhaps an interesting and philosophical approach to life. So, anyway, what is this? A Faux Castle or Mock Castle grafted onto a Faux Tudor or Mock Tudor? The main part is 23,000 square feet!!!!!! including a BALLROOM, 4 car garage, 6 full and 1 half bath, and 5 bedrooms for only $1,200,000!!!! Are we right in thinking that this amounts to 52 dollars per square foot? Run-of-the-mill apartments in Manhattan are going for 1000 dollars per square foot. Quick, everybody out to Marshall!!!
